Elections Malagasy style

There seem to have been elections going on as many people are running around with T-shirts that show one of the candidates on them. Frequently there are big and expensive cars going through the town with election posters on them, playing very loud music. I do not know how the election works in Madagascar, but it seems a little that the person wins who plays the loudest music…
